Company Compliance Services in Nepal — Register Once, Stay Compliant Every Year

Registering a company is one week of work. Keeping it compliant is every year after: the OCR renewal (adhyawadhik), the audit, the income tax return, monthly VAT and TDS, SSF, the ward renewal. We run that calendar for you, so no deadline lands on a director as a personal fine. Plans start at NPR 6,000 a year.

What we do, in one paragraph:

We keep Pvt. Ltd. companies and firms in Nepal up to date with the Office of Company Registrar (OCR), the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and the local ward. That means the yearly company renewal (adhyawadhik) on CAMIS, coordinating the audit, the income tax return, monthly VAT and eTDS, and the reminders in between — handled over WhatsApp and phone, 100% online.

Compliance Plans and Prices

Annual Renewal

NPR 6,000 / year

For a small Pvt. Ltd. that needs to stay adhyawadhik with the OCR.

  • OCR annual return on CAMIS (Section 80(2))
  • Auditor appointment and the 15-day OCR notice
  • AGM minute or written resolution
  • The annual-return record letter
  • Deadline reminders on WhatsApp

Monthly Compliance

Custom quote

For a trading company with staff, VAT and suppliers.

  • Everything in Annual Compliance
  • Bookkeeping and the purchase and sales registers
  • Monthly VAT return and eTDS by the 25th
  • SSF contributions and payroll TDS
  • Labour audit

The price of a plan above Annual Renewal depends on how many transactions, employees and filings you have, so we quote it after a short WhatsApp conversation, in writing, before any work starts. Government fees and fines are paid to the government and are not part of our fee; the auditor’s own fee is agreed with the auditor, and we tell you what to expect up front.

Why Compliance, Not Just Registration

Most companies that get into trouble in Nepal were registered properly. What went wrong came later, and it was silent:

Not sure where your company stands? The OCR fine calculator shows what an unfiled backlog costs, and the annual compliance guide explains each obligation from the Act.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do company compliance services cost in Nepal?

Our Annual Renewal plan, which keeps a company adhyawadhik with the OCR, is NPR 6,000 a year. Plans that add the income tax return, audit coordination, monthly VAT and eTDS, SSF and bookkeeping are quoted after we see the company’s volume, in writing, before any work starts. Government fees and fines, and the auditor’s own fee, are separate.

Is the audit included in the price?

No. Every company must be audited by an ICAN-licensed auditor, and an auditor cannot be a director, an employee or a close relative of one. We coordinate the audit and can introduce an auditor, but the auditor’s fee is agreed with the auditor directly.

My company is several years behind. Can you still help?

Yes — that is common. We check what the OCR holds, arrange back-year audits and file every outstanding annual report. Under the Finance Act 2083 Section 48 waiver, a company that files FY 2082/83 by Poush end 2083 (14 January 2027) has its older fines waived; see the company renewal guide.

Do you handle firms as well as companies?

Yes. A sole proprietorship or Partnership Firm has different obligations from a Pvt. Ltd. — firm renewal, the ward business tax, the income tax return and VAT if registered — and we handle those too.

Can I switch to you if another firm registered my company?

Yes. We need the CAMIS login (or we help recover it), the last audited accounts and the IRD taxpayer portal login. Nothing has to be re-registered.
