What to send with your first message
You do not need any of this to ask a question, but having it ready speeds things up considerably:
- What the business does — in a sentence. This decides which licences apply.
- How many owners, and whether you want a firm or a Pvt. Ltd. (we will advise if you are not sure).
- Where the registered office will be — the municipality and ward.
- Citizenship certificates and passport-size photos for each owner.
- If you are already registered and behind: the company name or registration number, so we can check what is outstanding.
Do I need to come to an office?
Almost never. Company incorporation runs through the OCR’s CAMIS portal and the PAN now issues through CAMIS as well, so the company side is entirely online. The steps that still need a person locally — ward registration, the municipal business licence, and for firms the local registration itself — we handle on your behalf. Clients in Pokhara, Biratnagar, Butwal and elsewhere generally never travel.
The exceptions are biometric PAN registration for firms, which needs the owner in person at the tax office once, and anything requiring your original signature before a notary.
